Late night party guy (aka Uberjak'd) has come full circle since his debut Ultranoise EP dropped on Neon Records in 2012, new single Noises featuring the uber-talented Sarah Bodle is set to be his biggest yet.
Rolling deep with an agenda that includes a mixed compilation, national tour, remix for Denzal Park on Fedde Le Grand's label Flamingo Recordings AND two tracks for Laidback Luke's label Mixmash, big Ben proves there's no shortage of action OR material coming out of the Uberjak'd camp in 2013.
Remixes come courtesy of dynamic Swiss-duo Leventina, Reece Low and WellSaid & Rubberteeth.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Do you feel the Australian breeze coming all over you and dominating the global dancefloors and summer EDM festivals? If your answer is yes then get ready to welcome the massive Uberjak'd with his magnificent power charger Noises featuring the sweet and delicate Sarah Bodle on vocal duties. The original version is a big crowd pleaser with tough techy beats, psy rock sharp basslines and of course cooling down relaxing breakdown to allow Sarah to shine. The brilliant Leventina are doing the remix and they impress us once again with their abilities to turn anything they touch into a gold duck. Their remix starts all bouncy and lands on the first intro breakdown with some piano, synths and distorted vocal samples. Their climax is so hard and energetic that can only be described as breathtaking and mind boggling experience. The main breakdown reveals the full vocal and the final climax goes hands in the air with euphoric epic synths and strings to keep that wide smile in our face. Reece Low remix is much more playful electro house affair with cooler atmosphere with chunky beats, in your face rocking basslines and distorted vocal sample parts. Last but not least if you want a groovy tech house tool WellSaid & Rubberteeth Remix will serve your needs well. Summer power crasher guaranteed. Love IT!
