A series of heavy-weight remixes for two of the biggest tunes of Faruk Sabanci making, ‘Awaken’ ft. Cami and ‘Wake Up’ ft. Josie. AVA Recordings welcomes 5 new talents on remix duties.
Known for his outstanding melodic touch, throbbing bass and perfect vocal fusion, Faruk Sabanci faces a bright future. But this time, it was up to the talents of other producers to show their worth.
‘Awaken’, the warm and emotional tune that came out a few months ago, now sees brand new translations by several talents. Polish producer Matt Bukovski does what he does best; redefining the tune with a steamy hot prog-trance sound. DJ Tarkan & V-Sag kept their focus on deep, proggy bass, while Zetandel pitched things down and brought out a classy Chill-Out interpretation.
‘Wake Up’, carrying the strong voice of Josie, was given a remix treatment by Mike Danis. The Hungarian talent brings out a full-blasting trance mix with a solid break. Sezer Uysal & Shingo Nakamura might be two names quite hard to remember, but we assure you that their remix for ‘Wake Up’ isn’t. A deep, pounding bass and proggy vibe is all it takes for their remix to hit right in where needed.

Travelling and mind locking will win your admiration and will make you melt into its trancegorgeousness ocean. Matt Bukovski retouches and reassembles Awaken in his own style. For this remix rather than going uplifting stays faithful to the original vibe and keeps things proglifting with chunky beats, electro infused basslines, synthy euphoric stabs, piano chords to give you shivers and great danceable rhythm to have a blast on the trancefloor while you sing a long with your mates the very emotional and touching vocal.
