Amsterdam Dance Event(ADE) had its 17th edition for five amazing days packed with activities, talks, discussions, and night events that represented in the most vibrant way the current state and the future prospects of EDM culture. Electronic Dance Music industry in particular is expanding at the moment with great success in the mainstream chart and for sure EDM is current music trend that interests not only the insiders but also the outsiders who look how they can benefit from that expansion i.e. well known products and brands that aspire to associate with EDM artists by sponsoring events.
The official ADE figures exemplify its vital importance and its global influence at the fast growing EDM industry. Amsterdam Dance Event not only represents what is happening at the moment in the industry but also is mapping the ways that artists, record labels, djs, sponsors, EDM music fans will take advantage of the expanding possibilities that EDM offers worldwide.

Every night included events that represented many different styles in EDM. The globally known and respected record label Armada Music from the Netherlands hosted its own Armada Night at the Passengers Terminal in Amsterdam with great success as it was early SOLD OUT. The whole production was magnificent with state of the art lighting, visual effects, decorations and crystal clear sound quality. The label owner Armin van Buuren performed an early set as he had to attend the dj mag Top 100 djs event where he was voted as number 1 of the world for 5th time. Loved and trusted djs from the Armada Music family such as Sied van Riel, W&W,Tenishia, Max Graham, Aly & Fila, Ashley Wallbridge, John O'Callaghan and Tom Fall performed their best ever dj sets sending the trancers who attended this unforgettable event to space.
At the backstage of Armada Night we met for the first time in person with the Finish upcoming dj & producer Tom Fall. Our previous interview was in written form so now we were glad to have a personal contact with him and get his latest updates in his career. We asked him about his perception of the Amsterdam Dance Event and if this performance was his first ever on an Armada Night event. Of course we talk about his dj set at the ASOT event at MOS in London and his memories from that. Another topic is his current single I Rock on Trice recordings, his remixes on other artists including Armin van Buuren and Aruna. He reveals some details about his forthcoming personal album on Armada Music that will be out in the near future.
Also he mentions the countries that he will perform in the near future. What is more he attempts to define his "Tom Fall" sound and try to categorise it in existing EDM sub styles. He give us a hint about his production techniques and if he uses original sounds or pre-existing samples. He tell us how much time he spent on Facebook/twitter replying to his fans questions and he give us his opinion about Armin's van Buuren success to be voted for 5th time number 1 of the world on the dj mag Top 100 list. Tom Fall is on the rise so watch this interview and keep a close eye on him.
