Dimitri Kechagias review: There are some vocals in EDM that even after many years remain classic and leave a stamp in our hearts. One of those vocals is by the lovely Sylvi from the Belgian pop dance project Sylver on their very emotional classic anthem Turn The Tide. Now on Tiger records the brand new project Ax7is recreate the track for the needs of 2012 with Emilia Tarland on vocal duties. Her voice is very expressive and deep as well so she sounds the appropriate to sing those unforgetable lyrics. The original mix is a big room bouncy epic prog house track with dirty house influences as well. Very tough main part that softens a bit in the melodic sweet breakdown that Emilia comes to the forefront. The remix package is the finest you can get with two equally attractive and very danceable versions. If you search for epic prog house with hands in the air feel good uplifting synths and banging rocking schoking basslines then Michel Leroy goes for a walk in Stockholm and he delivers a peak time monster version that sounds really Swedish. Last but not least Bastian van Shield moves to the dark electro house meets dirty dutch sound that is hard and pumping with playful basslines and some melodic hints with attention to the funky bassline and wobbly beats. Turn The Tide is back the Tiger way! Love IT!
