Co-headlining Summer Sound Festival in Finland alongside Tiësto, Avicii, Armin van Buuren and many others, Alex Kunnari dropped Sweet Melody during his set for the first time, getting an amazing response from the thousands of fans before him. Teaming up with Jon Hall, a Los Angeles based singer/performer/actor of Glee fame, Alex has created an instant EDM-anthem. The single is recently released in Alex’ homeland, where it reached the iTunes Single Top 10 within 24 hours.
With the full worldwide release set for October 1st, it looks like Kunnari has another big tune on his hands. Full package includes remixes by Maison & Dragen.

Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the finest trance producers from a country that has big tradition in unforgettable melodies in trance tracks is of course Alex Kunnari who is faithful artist of Black Hole recordings. His latest club shaker is called Sweet Melody and is making enormous waves in the EDM scene and there is a lot of hype around it within the social media world. The original mix is a powerful hybrid of epic progressive house with banging smashing beats, booming rocking basslines and uplifting euphoric synths along with dramatic piano themes. The stand out element on Sweet Melody is not only the sugar sweet melodic theme but also the brilliant vocals performed really dynamic with rock edge from Jon Hall who seems to be able to convey in his performance the euphoric feel and optimistic vibes of the track. I guess we will hear more Jon Hall in EDM tracks in the near future. The package is completed in the finest way by the hot and beloved duo Maison & Dragen. They are on the spotlight again with a stunning rocking version that is extremely dramatic with ultra huge synths in the breakdown and raw and dirty aggressive beats and basslines in the main part. It has so much energy packed in it that the consequences when you drop it in your dj set are uncontrollable so treated with care. Top stuff. Love iT!
