As Supported on Armin van Buuren's A State Of Trance!!!!!
Flaming June is a 1997 hit trance song performed by BT from the Perfecto album ESCM. The track reached #19 on the UK Top 40 [1], is considered a dance anthem in the dance music scene [2], and is widely referred to as an example of progressive trance music. Flaming June features co-production credits from German DJ and producer Paul van Dyk and was remixed by Chicane.

Now back for 2012 with brand new reworks from BT under his Laptop Symphony Rework and hot remixes by Paul van Dyk, Jaytech & James Grant, Loverush UK, Fred Baker, Stereojackers and Gareth Wyn. This is destined to be absolutely huge all over again!!!!

BT presents his long awaited new single on the Black Hole Recordings imprint, entitled “Flaming June”.

Many of us know that BT is a Berklee College Of Music-trained platinum-selling artist who counts Claude Debussy and Igor Stravinsky among his musical influences. He has scored major motion pictures including Go, The Fast And The Furious, Stealth, and the Academy Award® winning film Monster starring Charlize Theron. Armin van Buuren once told DJ Times that “BT is to dance music what Mozart was to classical music.” BT made remixes for Madonna, Peter Gabriel, Sting, Britney Spears, Seal, Sarah McLachlan, Tori Amos and others. BT's studio albums become high-watermarks to which other EDM musicians aspire. They are: Ima, ESCM, Movement In Still Life, Emotional Technology, This Binary Universe and These Hopeful Machines, the latter nominated for the 53rd GRAMMY® for “Best Dance/Electronic Album.”

“Flaming June” appears on BT’s most recent debut mix compilation “Laptop Symphony”. A star studded line-up of remixers like Paul van Dyk, Stereojackers, Loverush UK! and many others were assigned and all deliver their unique rendition of the original, which has already been called a timeless anthem!

Dimitri Kechagias review: BT is one of the most important EDM artists and his track Flaming June is considered to be one of the best ever released and is regarded as classic trance track because of its very distinctive melody. The remix package is very extensive so there is big choice to play in your gigs this summer.   First of all the team of success Loverush UK present their 134 BPM balearic progressive trance version that is simply magical. Slowly build ups all its elements until to land on the first ambient chilly breakdown that this unforgettable theme appears and then it leads the whole track into its main part for some serious balearic trance action. Its not over the top and it can create the right atmosphere. Stereojackers provide their progressive house version that the stand out point is the breakdown that they recreate with incredible piano the well known theme and in a way piano is jamming with the little synthy melody. Breaks underneath add that traveling feeling. Suddenly huge synths appear to excite the audience and then the track takes us on a blissful warm late night summer journey. BT himself presents his Laptop Symphony rework that is perfectly in tune with the electro trance sound with twisted basslines and  chunky beats along with the warm strings and the massive synthy melody that is impossible to forget even after years of listening to it. The trance dj, producer and label owner Paul Van Dyk provides his fantastic uplifting banging Remix that sounds as  a classic PVD remix with tough and rough beats and basslines with super work done in the breakdown. Wait for the clubfloor mayhem to happen when the beat will kick back for the huge climax of it! Will move even hills and mountains.  Gareth Wyn service the tech trance community with a very solid and rounded remix that is pretty hard and rocking with tribalish beats, rough bass and some house influences in place as well. Jaytech vs James Grant Remix take this massive track to the deep progressive house direction and they recreate it in a such involving and evolving way. Its the perfect choice for early morning set besides the blue sea. Full of great atmosphere and emotions is certainly a winner. Lastly Fred Baker from Belgium goes big room uplifting euphoric trance style and he delivers the goods as his version has the dynamism and energy to smash the walls and raise the roofs. I have huge respect for BT and his incredible talent to produce a classic track that after years sounds even better like the good old wine that you drink in a Flaming June day!Love IT!
