Demonstrating his diverse ability in recent months, Fast Distance returns to the sound with which he first found fame; 'Alpine' is a gloriously uplifting record, primed for the peak time.
First up on remixes are the UK duo Karanda who have really built a head of steam of late. Chosen as the intro track for Disc Two of Digitally Enhanced Volume 5, they've taken the original's melody but made it their own with a wicked rework.
A fresh face to welcome to the label but not the brand, Paul Pearson, a Digital Society resident delivers a superb debut remix for the label with his neat rework that rounds of the package.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Are you ready to rock Digital Society style? The superb label Digital Society is back with the brand new uplifting anthem by Fast Distance who has the knowledge and needed skills to compose powerful uplifting trance tracks as we loved them to be. Faithful on the tried and beloved recipe his cooks a banging fast and really gorgeous trancer with fabulous breakdown that reveals a balearic guitar lead that really adds that Ibiza feel to it. Karanda are well known for their personal progressive trance sound and once again the magic team deliver the goods with a stunning remix that is floating, blissful with housey and electroish basslines and warm and luscious breakdown that will transcend you to the nearest beach for a nice swim and tough party night out straight after. Their intro mix is a great choice to get started with your set with warm, playful, feelgood and rich sound. Lastly Paul Pearson continues on the same progressive trance path with the difference that his remix is much more upfront and right in your face with great piano riffs in the breakdown and shinning synths on top as well. When the beat strikes back you get a full on hands in the air part to imagine that you party in your room Digital Society Club style. Love iT!
