Dynamic Trance duo Alex M.O.R.P.H. & Woody van Eyden are globally known as a producer and DJ team. Their popular single "Heavenly" from 2006 now returns with modern mixes by Woody van Eyden himself and some promising talents who won the remix contest during the Asia Music Conference. Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the most unforgettable trance classics released on Fenology records headed by the Dutch born Woody van Eyden is of course his collaboration with Alex M.O.R.P.H. for the awesome vocal trancer Heavenly featuring the vocal talent of Kate Peters. This great classic is back with brand new mixes by the label boss himself and new talents that submitted their mixes as part of the Asia Music Conference. The brand new remix by Woody van Eyden updates the original in the best possible way. His new version is darkier, techier with fat beats and deep basslines ready made for the big rooms. You can call it tech trance but with uplifting edge for sure. What stands out in the track is the dubstep sequence in the breakdown. That surprising idea works really well with the sensitive heavenly vocals of Kate. There is a very cool dub alternative version of the same remix available as well. Craig Stevens delivers what I term as classic uplifting trancer that is pretty straight to the point with all the right and exact elements to get clubbers excited and offer them non stop shivers all over their bodies. Particularly the breakdown is pure magic and the climax so powerful and intense that you will love trance even more. Aidee's Kind Hearts Remix is deep progressive trancer that recreates the main theme in the finest way and the track sounds really delicate and sweet. Dj Ars remix is balearic uplifting trance with tons of energy and emotions. Last but not least Anushka De'sai Progressive Sunset Remix as the name suggests is a hybrid of progressive trance & house perfect for those summer sunsets. The vocal sounds very cool upon the bubbly prog beats and I can see many djs closing their sets with it. Overall the remix package is on the high standards that this classic deserve to get. Love IT!
