REVIEW:Roggu - Deemention/Bot/Freak Love out on Dangerbox

1 - Deemention (Original Mix)
2 - Bot (Original Mix)
3 - Freak Love (Original Mix)

Roggu returns with another fascinating release. This three track ep is jam packed with so much energy, guaranteed to make everyone on the dance-floor happy. Deemention delivers this full BIG ROOM sound, with a bass heavy synth through out the entire track. Roggu seems to make a great use of it, combing the fusion of dirty bass & melodic chords.

Bot has more use of bass, almost sounding very dupstep-ish but still a great gritty sound to go along with the good ol' 4/4 kick. Roggu brings back a more classic approach with his fancy lead in the break, almost similar sounding to what he did with Binary Finary on his collaboration with them titled "Carbon Fibre." Still Roggu comes back strong afterwards, with all his tracks having an epic break down..with the return of a climatic drop.

The EP reaches its full potential with "Freak Love". A little switch up with bass style, but the track has an overal nice vibe. Melodies start to surface as the track builds, and the bass rhythm for this production is perfect. Almost dream-like, and very comforting to your everyday trance addict. Roggu polishes "Freak Love" with awesome chord stabs in the end.

People who wanted more Roggu, got it all.... right here in this ep.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Dangerbox recordings very talented artist Roggu is back with an exceptional EP of fresh and creative prog trancers ready made to get prime time exposure in your set. First of all the fantastic Deemention is an energising electro trancer with playful chunky electro twisted basslines with a very soothing breakdown that introduces a floating melody that works perfectly to smooth the edges and then the tough rockin electro trance main part comes back for the dancefloor to erupt. Freak Love is another tasty trancer with wide variety of influences ranging from house, electro and even dirty dustep as well. The breakdown reveals a tasty crowdmoving old school style trance riff. Very soon on the main part the track goes big room and  hands in the air with chunky tasty synthy rockin riffs. Bot is the last track on this EP that continues to cross boundaries and successfully manage to establish its own unique take on big room trance format that is minimal, playful and different but with the characteristic euphoric breakdown. 3 top notch choices for the big and small rooms. Love it!
