Having already been championed by Aly & Fila on the new FSOE compilation and in many of their sets, Never Coming Down finally see's the light of day.
Label boss Rory Gallagher teamed up with Dawn to create the super charged Never Coming Down, which boasts a roof raising riff and some very chunky driving beats for the dancefloors! JPL makes a welcome return to the label with his hard edged progressive mix!
We have also included a brand new Dan Stone break-beat remix of Rory's outing with Sean Ryan, Remember Me and Stonevalley's excellent remix from the original package.
The original Mix is a peak time driving progressive affair outputting an abundance of high voltage action! Slick beats, driving undertones coupled with a hair raising riff and overall tight production from Alter Ego's head! After a solid tension buliding intro a piano led breakdown bursts into life with the simply stunning main theme which will send any dance-floor into oblivion! One not to be missed!
JPL takes things down a notch or two with his rendition but superbly manages to keep the energy from the original with his trademark plucks and soaring pads! Stunning work from the Swede who casts the JPL magic all over Never Coming Down!
Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the hottest and most innovative producers who never fears to experiment and push the boundaries forward is the superb Rory Gallagher. His latest EP includes the great new track Never Coming Down and remixes on his awesome vocal beauty Remember Me. The original version of Never Coming Down is a massive progressive trancer with uplifting tendencies that has the words trance anthem for hard working djs written all over it. Its a big bouncy driving progressive trancer with deep darkish basslines and rave style melodies on top. The breakdown is atmospheric and emotional as we expect to get from Rory. It includes a mesmerising romantic melody before the huge big room trance style distorted rave style riff gets on the surface to drive wild the clubbers and tease them enough and release their tension with great skills in the main part that they will feel so far and away that will say with joy "Never Coming Down". JPL is an absolute favourite of mine and whenever I notice his name I'm expecting something little special and he never disappoints me. Just check the beauty he has done for this release. He took the original and turn it into a typical JPL melodic deep progressive trancer that is energetic enough to move thousands of clubbers. His remix has that cinematic atmosphere that I'm always searching in my trance and his breakdown is pure magic. He plays the main melody with a totally new instrument sound and the track sounds more liquid and hypnotic ready to take you on a journey. Remember Me is a massive vocal stormer and the new mixes add in the magic of the original release. Stonevalley knows better than anyone else to transform anything into a big uplifting hands in the air anthem and he does it with this track that the vocal is so melancholic but so erotic as well. Lastly for those blissful late night coming down sets Dan Stone goes on the breaks side and his version will please fans of the sound. This is what I call a serious package of trance delights! Love IT!
