Rub A Duck handles the Benelux release of this huge EP!!

Feeling Good is the second collaboration between two kings of the beats and bassfunk scene; Mooqee & Pimpsoul. Having toured the world with their individual sounds they have smashed festivals like Canada’s Shambhala, Germany’s massive Fusion festival as well as noted venues such as London Super club Fabric. The previous release from the pair was something of an underground smash, holding top spot on Beatport’s Hip Hop charts for over 150 days consecutive as well as massive Dj support. This release is step up in the duos sound and will open them up to a wider audience. The original has not only has bags of dancefloor credentials but also big crossover appeal. With soulful vocals sitting alongside beautifully crafted strings and the kind of bass punch you would expect. Feeling Good is just the next stage on their way to great acclaim. The follow up is already underway as they then build towards Artists albums later in the year.

The incredibly talented Bianca Gerald delivers the wonderfully soulful vocals. Having worked alongside the likes of Jessie J and Blessed Beats, Bianca herself currently working on her debut album and looks destined for big things. The mix package is quite something too. Technique Records’ Tantrum Desire is one of the hottest names on the DnB and Dubstep scene at the moment topping DnB sales charts. He turns in a speaker worryingly good Drumstep mix, which has already picked up plays on Radio 1. Rory Lyons of Sugarbeat Records and Cassette Jam fame shows why his talent knows no bounds with his epic interpretation. Herbgrinder delivers a trademark bass heavy rework once again highlighting why he is a name to watch out for and has been picked up by the likes of Ministry of sound for remix work.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Black Hole recordings sublabel Rub a Duck is on great shape delivering high quality EDM releases ranging from electro house to drum n bass and dubstyle. Now its time for another jewel ready to become part of your future dj sets if you dig that style of course, particularly when it is supported by the wonderful performance by Bianca Gerald on vocals singing that Feeling Good classic lyrics that became worldwide famous by Nina Simone.  Mooqee & Pimpsoul offer the world a massive track that particularly the eclectic djs will adore straight away. The package of the remixes is extensive and you can choose the one you thing will be better for your dj needs. The original is a funky chunky soulful track with strings, great vocals and breaks style beats that early morning dj sets will love it. I can imagine guys playing this top track in their mp3 players and do their break dancing moves or skate rolling acrobatics. If you want something more aggressive with extra stamina and adrenaline then go for the awesome  Tantrum Desire  remix. So well produced and simply magic to become one with the thrashing beats and heavy basslines.  Rory Lyons remix is electronica style version that has drum n bass touches. Herbgrinder remix is bass focused version that applies electro house, breaks and dubstep influences in a very inspiring and manipulative way. If you want something perfect for the late night maybe you would love to drop the Funk version with saxophone samples and groovy beats that have a live feeling to it. Lastly  Nappy Riddem remix combines many influences from current styles to build a huge new electronica sound. The package includes instrumental and acapella versions that are very useful for the creative djs. Its marked in my diary Not To Be Missed cause music like this can only Make YOU Feel Good. Love It!
