Dimitri Kechagias review: Flux Delux is a label that you can trust if you look for big euphoric uplifting trancers that will pass the test of time pretty easily. The talented Swedish producer Johan Ekman provides two smashers ready made for global dancefloor domination in the coming weeks. The top EP includes first of all Vaste Regrette. Its powerful euphoric straight to the point trancer that has the needed adrenaline and horse power to drive you mad on the dancefloor. The breakdown is epic and cinematic as I like it with the introduction of a very huge epic riff, clever drops and synth layers all coming together to tease you as much as it is needed in order to start jumping and cheering on the main part that works like the climax to take off straight to another galaxy. Second banger on the package is the more tech influenced So On, So Forth. It starts with techy basslines and sharp beats but very soon becomes what I call a pure feel good tried and tested old school trancer. I like a lot the way he incorporates very effectivelly within the uplifting trance genre that vocal Come On that is usually applied in electro & r & n releases. Its the kind of trance that when you enter the club you feel a bit sleepy because you were waiting for 2 hours in the cue and suddenly when your favorite jock drops it you feel energized like the little pink rabbit in the well known advert and you want to start dancing. Its melodic theme is happy, optimistic, simple and effective straight away. This is straight to the point pure euphoric trance! Love It!
