Dimitri Kechagias review: The superb Headstrong aka Don Jackson is back on his own label Sola records with the next chapter of his wonderful heartfelt stories that his songs are narrating through the lips of talented vocalists. In our case the awesome Shelley Harland sings again  about  Love and Dedication to someone special without thinking about the consequences. Here In The Dark started as an ambient track in the latest Headstrong album and Tenishia  kindly asked if they could remix the track. The duo from Malta impress everyone and surprise us pleasantly  with their superb electrifying interpretation.  If you love progressive trance with electro twisted basslines and some dirtyness as well you should not miss this anthem that Armin van Buuren heavily supported in his radio show. It starts with superb progressive trance beats, percussion and some electro basslines too. After a short breakdown the track takes its full body and Tenishia slowly built the rest of the impressive elements. Shelley Harland's vocal comes in really graciously and the whole focus of the track is upon the mesmerising, touching  vocals that in the atmospheric breakdown are supported by guitar and warm strings. The big crescendo of the track is blissful, delightful, pleasant and ready to get the clubbers by surprise and blow their mind away. The vocal appears once again in the final and smaller breakdown that works as introduction to the outro part of it. Aurosonic services this great release with two remixes ready made to impress and already voted as future favorite on Armin's ASOT radio show. The Aurosonic progressive mix is a driving deep progressive trancer with addictive rhythm that includes a short breakdown to introduce a small verse of the exceptional vocal by Shelley. Upon the bubbly progressive beat on the first part great little piano riffs introduced, warm delicate synths and dreamy atmosphere become the perfect soundbed for the sensual voice of Shelley to come to the open and create the perfect spellbound for the listener to feel totally addicted to it. The breakdown is pure quality with ambient summery balearic sounds and the strong synths preparing the listener for the more upfront and uplifting climax that offers the chance to release  the tension and escape within the colourful sounds. The 2nd Aurosonic mix is called Aurosonic Dustep Break remix and as you can easily understand the only difference with the first remix is  in the breakdown where you can find a dynamic dubstep sequence that adds more energy and tension to push the listener to his/her limits.
