Switzerland's hotshot Fred Lilla presents his debut on PinkStar Records with his first EP.

The 'You EP' offers two banging productions. The opening track 'You' is a driving Progressive House tune with a catchy melody. The second track 'Drop It' combines Techno with Progressive elements and is a sure winner for the minimalprog fans and dancefloors.

Fred Lilla has already made himself a name with his recent remixes for EDX, StoneBridge and Disfunktion. The new Vocal House track 'When You Feel' is also already in the pipeline to be released in Spring 2012. More slamming remixes and productions will be announced soon.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The Young Dj/Producer from Switzerland Fred Lilla enters the Pinkstar headquarters with his first solo EP that includes two really different but equally effective tracks for the dancefloor. You is the main track and follows the BIG ROOM epic prog house sound but in his own very unique and creative way. It starts with a lovely kickdrum, wild basslines with a latin kind of rhythm that always raises the pressure on any dancefloor worldwide. Soon it lands on the first breakdown that the feel good uplifting melody comes in along with the piano pizzicato style melody on top as well. The main part is pure hands in the air euphoria that will rock any big floor worldwide. It has all the right elements and the potentianl of course to become an anthem in the next weeks. Drop It on the other hand is what you can call mixing tool. Not the peak time monster anthem but perfect to use between two good tracks and keep the sexy ladies dancing on the dancefloor. Fred applies his African style rhythm and uses strong drums and percussion for the maximum effect. Its the kind of track that you need strong soundsystem to enjoy it as it is ready made for heavy club use and abuse. Massive stuff on the best progressive house label in Switzerland. Love IT!
