REVIEW: Andrew Candid - Memoria incl Dimension remix on Kill The Lights

1)Original mix
2)Dimension remix

Memoria first saw the light of day on Manuel Le Saux's superb Underground Anthem's compilation and was immediately heralded as one of the stand out tracks for the album.

Always destined for a single release the package now features a new and exclusive Dimension remix which compliments the original perfectly whilst simultaneously demonstrating why Dimension productions and collaborations consistently make it on to the decks of the worlds DJing elite.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The awesome Kill the Lights sub label of Recoverwold group is responsible for some massive tunes lately so I was pretty excited to receive the brand new one called Memoria by Andrew Candid. The package is very satisfying  and includes two varied versions to pick and mix in your dj set loud and proud. First of all is the original version that is a nice mixture of progressive trance with techy elements too. Powerful, driving and inspiring  is like an unstoppable tornado that will be hard to control once you load it. It applies energetic basslines, playful metallic sounds and chopped little vocals as well. The stand out point is  of course its main breakdown that a little piano twinge style melody comes up in the surface to create a wonderful harmony and slowly to raise the temperature for the big room uplifting melodic part that you feel relaxed and light enough to fly to your own little secure purple sky. If you look for a tougher peak time main room version Dimension delivered a stunning version and one of the finest trancers for the first months of 2012. Uplifting trance as we love it always to be straight to the point with all the elements that should be used in order the result to be impressive and have a big and lethal impact on any trancefloor. Dimension never disappoints and this remix will raise his good reputation even higher. Love it!
