REVIEW: Bushi - Perfected Moment out on Unearthed Red

Appearing once again on Unearthed is an artist renowned for his enchanting piano riffs, and his new single Perfected Moment certainly does not dissapoint. Bushi has really pulled out all the stops with this one with a great driving bassline, crisp percussion, uplifting melody and incredible signature piano line.

First up on remix duties is Odonbat with his proglifting remix. Chopping the track apart and filling it full of groove with a bouncy bassline, sidechained pads, cool beats and of course layering in the piano line gives the track a new dimension.

Completing the release is Matt Bukovski with his first appearance on Unearthed. Matt has gone for the club trance approach with some powerful beats, a rolling bassline, epic synths, immense breakdown and driving main lead.


Dimitri Kechagias review: Unearthed Red continues its quest for high quality uplifting trance with Bushi who makes frequent appearances on the label with always solid and highly melodic releases that stand out from the rest. Bushi delivers an immense super driving trancer with power and dynamism that doesnt compromise in the melodic side as the beautiful piano melody that appears firstly on the highly cinematic breakdown continues upon the pumpin banging beats and the lovely swirling synths. You can sense from the first listening that the producer behind this top track is someone with deep knowledge and understanding of music composition. The remix package is the finest that you can get with  Matt Bukovski staying close to the original but by acquiring a much more straight forward uplifting trance agenda. Particularly his main part is big room with the synthy uplifting melodies taking center stage and going full on euphoric of course.  On the opposite trance spectrum Odonbat follows the more proglifting trance style with playful driving electro twisted trance beats, choped vocal samples and plenty of melodic goodness to get you on a wonderful journey and warm up your body engines for what is coming next. Its great what the talented producer does with the piano melody that sounds sweet, mesmerizing and very romantic too. Maybe a progressive trance love song??? Love IT!
