The dj/producer/label owner and tv presenter Tom Novy is back with his massive Take It with the lovely Lima on vocals. Its already considered as one of the house music best moments that became a pop hit as well that has been featured on many compilations worldwide. The package of the new remixes is just out on Beatport and I can wait to write my opinion for them. First of all the real stars of the package are the new upcoming duo Aint & Fish who enter the Kosmo headquarters with a huge bang of course. Their version of Take It is simply mindblowing as it has so much warmth and feel good atmosphere that you feel instantly lost in its microworld. Their driving progressive house beats coupled with piano riffs and even funky guitar riffs that become the perfect soundtrack for Lima's addictive vocals to shine upon. The breakdown is very atmospheric and perfect occassion for crowds worlwide to raise and clap their hands with joy. Its so good that you want to let it flow for hours by pressing the repeat option in your media player. The top package is complete with Tom's own update along with Strobe & Danny Freakazoid. This version follows the tribal driving progressive house style with trancy touches as well. Its fat and bouncy but quite cool and minimal at the same time with some hooky melodic riffs on top to build the tension and keep the bodies movin and jacking. Overall its another fantastic re-release on the Kosmo records high quality levels. Love IT!
