Superstar DJ’s Laidback Luke and Sander van Doorn get ready to go head to head on their stellar collaboration ‘Who’s Wearing The Cap’. Already hot property, this track is about to get even more colossal as remixes come in from A-Trak, North Base, Gianni Marino, Hizzleguy and Mata.
With an intriguing name ‘Who’s Wearing The Cap’, the collaboration brings the best of both worlds with two of the most sought out names in dance music. Mashing up trance, progressive and electro, the track follows a year of impressive collaborations for both Luke and Sander. From Luke’s recent UK Top 40 hit with Example ‘Natural Disaster’, to Turbulence’ with Steve Aoki and the master of crunk Lil’ Jon that took over Radio 1 airwaves earlier this year. There’s no stopping Sander either, recently releasing his artist album ‘Eleve11’ to much acclaim, he’s also just reached an epic milestone with the 100th episode of his weekly Identity show. Also the go to talent among pop music elite, Sander’s back catalogue of collaborations includes the likes of The Killers, Robbie Williams, Depeche Mode and Sia.
In a recent interview with DJ Mag, Sander van Doorn said: “People sometimes mix me up with Luke, so in the studio, he was wearing a cap, we took a picture for Twitter asking, 'Who's Wearing The Cap?' and that became the name of the track!”
One half of Duck Sauce, A-Trak delivers the stand out remix with a cut up catchy vocal hook, that’s sure to be a favourite. Elsewhere Manchester production outfit North Base, serve up an old skool inspired rave rework, up-comer Gianni Marino drops a full on pumping mixmash house remix, while Hizzleguy from Gangoon Dubz brings the bass on his heavyweight Dubstep remix, and for those who like their full on big room electro, Mata supplies a superb re-rub that will not disappoint!

The superstars and most in demand producers and remixers Laidback Luke and Sander van Doorn combined their superpowers to deliver a stunning smash hit that will dominate the club and radio playlists in the coming months. The original mix combines the best from the two world. Laiback Luke adds his stunning electro house with heavy dubstep and dirty dutch influences beats while Sander van Doorn adds his ability to compose wonderful epic size hands in the air melodies. In the breakdown you will experience a hair raising synthy euphoric part that will damage any dancefloor big time without delays. If you love your beats tough and sharp and your melodies epic you will adore this XL size anthem. The remix package is super excellent with A-Track well known for the Barbra Streisand global smash hit delivering a funky chunky wonkly version that even includes a cool funny vocal sampe stating the obvious "Thats a beautiful hat". This remix is such a cool take that Im sure epic house, funky house and even trance djs will be tempted to drop it as well. Gianni Marino delivers a smashing mixture of epic house, dubstep and nu rave in one very explosive package. Be warned no cap will be left in its place when this is on for sure. Lastly Mata remix is the more dirty dutch afro house friendly with squeezed and strectched beats and basslines and superb work done in the breakdown. Its an anthem for sure.
