REVIEW:Andrew Bayer - From The Earth out on Anjunabeats inc. official video

1-Original Mix
2-Club Mix
3-Breakfast Remix
4-Oliver Smith Remix

Andrew Bayer's experimental debut artist album "It's Artificial" broke new ground for Anjunabeats - hailed as an "incredible album of sophisticated electronica" by global dance bible Mixmag.

One of its most popular tracks, "From The Earth" now sees a full single release - including the much sought-after Breakfast remix and a new interpretation from Oliver Smith.

A heavenly blend of intricate production prowess and soaring melodic textures, the original "From The Earth" is a perfect example of Bayer's unique talents. Blending a deeply electronic sound with classically informed musical motifs, Bayer's music manages to sound both timeless and futuristic at once. Tweaking it slightly for DJ and dancefloor purposes, Bayer's own Club Mix is included in the package.

Well loved since its appearance on Above & Beyond's "Anjunabeats Volume 8", Breakfast's mix has been a firm fixture in Above & Beyond's set since. Turbo charging the original int o a euphoric, cascading peak-time trancer, Breakfast's mix retains the original's musicality - but drives it straight to the dancefloor.

Adding a fresh interpretation, Oliver Smith continues his recent purple patch with an upbeat, uplifting mid-tempo trance rework.

One of its most popular tracks, "From The Earth" now sees a full single release with an official music video from rising director Damien Wasylki. Focussing on the life of a small, man-made plastic rocket, "From The Earth" depicts a journey every bit as epic as Bayer's musical electronica masterpiece. As it is catapulted into the heavens, the rocket embarks on a global skybound voyage of natural awe and wonder - eventually gliding back to Earth gracefully.

Enjoy the awesome official music video of this superb release.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The phenomenon that is Anjunabeats continues to grow and win our hearts with whatever its able team decides to put out. For example the idea to release on a label that targets the clubs an experimental album for some music industry afficiandos was just a big risk but as it seems the winner takes it all. The success and the acceptance of Andrew Bayer's  "It's Artificial" from the EDM community not only from the specialised press and the journalists but also from the fanbase of the label shows that the audience out there searches for new intresting music, ideas and concepts far away from what usually is the typical sound that characterises a label. From the Earth in its original form is a wonderful spacey loungy cool track that can become the perfect message that inside a bottle in a USB stick will be sent to other planets and will tell stories about the planet we all inhabit. The Club mix is very groovy and sounds the perfect way to start your warm up set and create a certain mood. Now its time for the great club mixes to be released and both of them are brilliant. Im huge fan of Breakfast and he was the best choice to take this track into the peak time and add the bounce and the drive in order the original creation to communicate with the trance families all over the world. As it seems he did a marvelous job and his remix will be considered another shinny moment within Anjunabeats back catalogue. The good news in this release continue as the awesome and a real magician of unforgetable mesmerizing melodies, the lovely Oliver Smith transforms the track into a melodic groovy progressive trancer that closed eyes and relaxed dancing on the dancefloor is a must of course when your favorite jock will drop it. His remix is bubbly, anthemic, romantic, spacey and full of great colors that wait for the listener to discover. Superb stuff, Highly recommended!
