Im Your Delay moves off with some dark pulsating beats & bass, with a buzzing background synth which moves around inside your head.. metallic tones , and rising pads build to the sparse breakdown where eery melodies enter before the darkness takes over again..
Something has a more upbeat brighter groove, with a thrashing gnarly filtered bass, sweeping fx & white noise add atmosphere, before a super gliding futuristic synth line takes over the track, bright sparks of melody build around it and the track really takes off.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The superb Aurium label part of Baroque records family is back after long absence with an excellent EP by Mr.Y. If you love quality melodic progressive house with tech house edges you are going to adore it as I did as well. Im Your Delay has powerful driving beats, deep basslines, gothic psy trance influenced with little crazy noizes and sounds along with melodramatic melody creating a brilliant soundscape to escape for the minutes that this top tune lasts. If you appreciate the deepness you are going to adore this beauty. The good news get even better on the second track included in this top EP. Something is more that your mind can even think. Big bouncy beats, piano riffs hear and there, drums and percussion along with swirling basslines all together giving the impression of relentless build up towards a climax. Definitely a superb return for this top label with clever, clean and simple sounds like the progressive house that we used to love in the past and comes back stronger than ever.
