Madis Sillamo, also known as Beat Service, started his musical career in the late 90’s.
Can you imagine a punk-rock band drummer who – whenever was left alone in the practice room – was messing around with true ‘disco beats’? Madis has always been fascinated by the rhythms and electronic dance music, but playing drums in a local punk-rock band was his only output for his passion in that time.Luckily, it didn’t take long before he changed his musical path and completely dedicated himself to the music he truly loves.

Madis discovered his true passion: deejaying and producing. After ‘mainstream’ DJ’ing all around Estonia for about 5 years he decided to leave the ‘job’ and start creating his own productions.
With first productions came first serious EDM gigs as well and by now Madis has played in some of the greatest club music events and festivals in Estonia.
The first years of producing, Madis spent most of his time finding and perfecting his sound. His friends gave him the necessary feedback and so it didn’t take long before his first release was a fact: a remix for DNS Project’s ‘Invisible Touch’. After great success and support by the DJ elite, there was no doubt: Madis had found his kickoff to a career in producing. Teaming up with DNS Project under the Polymental guise, he knew the only way was up.
In 2008, he felt it was time to enforce his reputation as a solo producer and found his own sound. A sound that’s developed ever since. Progressive rhythms, huge basslines, haunting percussions and memorable breakdowns – there’s no way of getting around it. Tracks ‘Nectar’, ‘Insider’, ‘Sky Café’, ‘Waiting For The Sun’, ‘Hiding To Nothing’ and ‘Cut And Run’, along with remixes for the likes of Rex Mundi, Susana and George Acosta all left a memorable impression on the clubbers, DJ’s and anyone into his sound. The first international Beat Service gigs are confirmed and with many new productions on the way, we’re pretty sure to hear a whole lot more of this passionate music-freak. Dimitri Kechagias review: Beat Service is fantastic artist and whenever I get an original track from him or a remix that he produce I'm pretty sure that is going to satisfy me in a great extend as the same will happen for many trance fanatics worldwide.The brand new Beat Service is coming on his own record label Beat Service Audio that is based on Amsterdam Trance/A & R records home base. Its called But I Did with superb vocals by Neev Kennedy and written by the vocal masters Adrian Broekhuyse and Raz Nitzan. You can expect bubbly proglifting beats that are quite tough and demanding with the usual twists and turns that Beat Service is including in his style. The melody is mesmerizing and really sweet that contemplates the tough beats in the best possible way. Upon this really beautiful soundtrack the massive Neev Kennedy comes in and she sings like a mermaid or good fairy from the fairy tales. Her magical voice sounds so emotional and really expressive and in that way you feel each and every single word that she sings and of course as it happens with all the vocal trance songs we identify with her emotional state and we feel like singing those words along with her to our loved one. Just read the lyrics and you can understand the depth and the beauty that radiate all over the place that this top song will be droped. Its already supported by Armin van Buuren in his radio show ASOT and in his gigs too. It's a vocal smash and one of the finest Beat Service productions so far. More mature with signs of progression and real development. Highly recommended. Loved IT!
