New kid on the block James Dymond makes his return to Mondo with 'Shallop' his follow-up to the hugely popular 'System Situation'. Having already made quite a name for himself earlier this year on Mondo, we were eager to give you more so he's back with yet another monster club record. Dimitri Kechagias review: Mondo records seems to be on the mission to bring new talents in the scene and the discovery of the next big trance thing continues with James Dymond who is slowly building his global reputation with track on Armin van Buuren's latest Universal Religion compilation too. On Mondo records he releases the top notch bouncer Shallop. If you like your beat to be bouncy and sharp with wonderful piano melody on top that is difficult to forget once you listen to it then the original version is exactly what you are asking for. With electro and tech influences definitely this is the trance sound of now that is open to influences from wide variety of styles. The breakdown is really cinematic and the main part is very groovy, chunky but very uplifting at the same time without getting over the top. 9 minutes of fresh approach and new ideas too.On the other hand Adham Ashraf from Cairo in Egypt provides a superb alternative that is tougher and much more rougher adding that big room appeal to the track and in a way transforming it into a first class weapon for the biggest moments of your set.  Adham has noteworthy  capabilities and this remix proves that is a star on the rise at the moment. Shallop is a trance classic in the making from two new but very promising talents.
