REVIEW: Dmitry Golban & Biotones - Introspection out on Terminal 4/Black Hole

1. Original
2. Hazem Beltagui Remix
3. Kobana Remix
4. Domestic Technology Remix

Dmitry Golban and Biotones present their brand new track “Introspection” on the Terminal4 imprint.

“Introspection” is an undeniable trance track, but with a nice progressive undertone. The strongest part of the title is the fantastic synth programming. An open and spacious arrangement with a nod and a wink to early Deadmau5 work is what gives the production solid ground for every dance floor and the down to earth drum programming is the leading factor to focus even more on what’s next: the break. Here the guys open all registers to take everyone to a higher level with the almost orchestral strings. A perfect cut to use in a multiple hour live DJ set.

The three remixes in the package may come from rather new names on the scene, but that doesn’t take away the fact that every single one of them is absolutely marvelous. The serious DJs just have to take their time, sit back and relax and simply allow the versions to sink in. They’re deep, danceable and represent killer material for the people on the dance floor. “Introspection” will soon be on the tracklist of all the major DJs!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Terminal 4 continues its quest to bring the best in EDM with great variety of styles but all of them have one thing in common that are really melodic and widely placed within  the  ISOS sound. Dmitry and Biotones combine their powers to produce a really beautiful and mesmerizing melodic prog house track that easily can be played  within a strong progressive  trance set too. Full of melodic goodness and with whispering spoken female vocal is tempting to enter its world and discover all its hidden possibilities. Hazem remix follows the melodic prog house route with very long and magical breakdown with great piano riff and ambient atmospheres to sooth your soul. Kobana progressive house version sounds more balearic with electroish tribal beats and even additional female vocal samples adding eastern flavor too. Domestic Technology version is the deepest on offer with minimal prog tech house beats and amazing atmosphere along with vocal samples and wishful melancholic trance piano riffs along with synths that really create the perfect hypnotic climate to calm down and relax. Terminal 4 is like a box of chocolates and each piece has different distinctive flavor. Introspection is really delicius one thats true.
