Sony Music Entertainment introduces the new album of DJ SAN: Kiss of Life. DJ SAN's productions have been hugely supported by the superstar dj's an featured on countless mixed cd's. His individual tracks (remember Solid Sessions - Janeiro on Positiva-EMI?) have made it to the top of many charts.
The Netherlands is known for her Dutch export in dance and DJ SAN can easily be compared with his fellow Dutch DJs like Armin van Buuren and Tiësto (as quoted by DJ MAG UK).
Dimitri Kechagias review: I'm considering myself as a big supporter of DJ San from the days he had fantastic releases in his Fektive labels. Now Dj San signed on one of the biggest major dance labels Sony Music provides to all his fan an album that is going to become an instant classic in the progressive trance genre. The wonderful adventure that this album invite all its listeners to pass through includes big club anthems and wonderful vocal trance beauties sang by the best guest vocalists around to warm us all during the cold nights of the Autumn and the winter too. The album opens with the first single taken from the album, the magical Kiss of Life with Wendel Kos on vocals. Its a track that describes summer as season in my opinion and comes straight from Ibiza beaches without doubts. For I Feel You, the vocals are done by Jeena upon a warm bubbly progressive trancer with piano melodies and electro trance influences too. Lily Moreau adds her vocal assistance on Believe In Love that can be characterized as big epic swedish house style style track with balearic influences. Kissed by The Sun is beautiful dreammy prog trance style track with choir like vocals that has a pop touch for daytime radio plays too. Dj San surprises us once again with Diamond Sky that manage to combine progressive trance melodies with pop dance delivery of the vocals by Fiona recalling the David Guetta style tracks. For Too Shy the lovely Jullietee adds youthful passionate vocals on a disco influenced soundtrack. One of the best tracks on this album is the massive Lose it All. It has those indie rock style vocals and the unforgettable powerful melody that transforms this track into a large hands in the air anthem. Over You with Ira is energetic feel good summery vocal trancer to listen while you drive around town. Fenja really stands out with her sensitive fragile voice on Wish You Love that includes great lyrics to sing a long as well. For Wake Another Day, Dj San uses powerful male vocals that will raise any club roof by applying epic prog house influences along with balearic trance touches. On Nothing Remains The Same he continues the melodic prog trance style by adding very strong and grounded vocals that i can see many girls sing a long in the middle of the dancefloor. Dont Give it Away is deeper sparkier with melancholic vibe on a more underground trance style. Last but not least Hypnotized is the big club anthem with sharp fat beats and great female whispering vocals too. This will get support by many A league djs such as Marco V or Richard Durand. Overall its a great album that combines variety of styles and influences in the best possible way for an album that pop and mainstream audiences will like more and the more club oriented will find some cool tracks too to play out. Dj San is ready for global domination with an album must have for sure.
