Back once again on Silent Shore Records is great Martin Libsen with an awesome two track EP package full of melodic euphoria and pure trance pleasure. Probably best work to date from Martin who is seriously on fire at the minute.
DISTANCE TO LIGHT is a real piece of quality trance. Massive baseline with a great uplifting riff backed by a subtle piano lead during the heavenly breakdown will cause a real climax on the dance floor and tingling on your skin. Martin gives you a 5 minutes of fame in the spotlight and shows you the shortest distance to light. Have a nice ride!
Martin has used the melodic elements and massive beats in his own style to create something a bit special. SIRIUS comes with some great beats, more intense breakdown that unfolds you into a warm, calming and dreamy vocal chops which carries you to a higher level, not just physically. One word – EPIC.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Martin Libsen is definitely one of those producers that you should always check out as he has always something good to offer to his followers and not only to them. This top EP on Silent Shore includes two very strong and action packed tracks that follow closely what I like in a good uplifting trance track. Both are equal on the full on danceability factor but If I have to pick the one that stands out is definitely Sirius. You can expect energetic basslines, great melodic layers and effects along with acid overtones too. At around 2.00 the track becomes really Epic as it lead us on the very cinematic breakdown. Close your eyes and I'm sure with all the choir and ah ah ah type of vocals used you will see infront of you scenes of your favorite sci-fi movies. The build up is done in the best possible way and very nice and floaty take us on the main part for the real climax that you will feel like travelling with the speed of light. Distance to Light is hi-nrg, guarana and taurine packed macho bouncy type of trancer for the peak time moment of any good trance set. The break down is truly sensitive including sounds and effects to transfer you in another era or even galaxy. Silent Shore at its finest moments
