REVIEW: Armin van Buuren vs Speedy J - Pull Over out on Armind / Armada

Restoring the 1991 classic to its former glory, Armin van Buuren drops his own version of Speedy J – ‘Pull Over’ to bring a piece of dance music history to the present. The highly recognizable melody that soared a quarter of a century ago made waves throughout Armin van Buuren’s ‘Armin Only Embrace’ world tour and will strike hard as one of the key fixtures on the ‘Old Skool’ mini album. Thanks to Armin van Buuren, ‘Pull Over’ is back and ready for more.

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Next chapter on the old skool legacy is the recreation of the million times sampled and recreated Pull Over that is certainly one of the most creatively annoying track. The melody is so irresistible that you simply can not get over its impact easily. It's fun and powerful so the clubs this summer will bring this record in their sound systems million times. Banging drums, hardcore basslines, techno influences and without being tempted at all to remodel it or to add new elements Armin has another winner in his hands. It's the good old record but with that 2016 touch. #PureGold Love It[/content]
