The Pure Trance family is delighted to welcome Poland’s Kamil Gołębicki, better known as Maywave. A highly acclaimed trance music producer, Maywave has released his music on esteemed labels like Euphonic, Alter Ego, and Suanda. His latest track, “Blue Sky,” is an uplifting and aptly named 140bpm masterpiece. Since his debut in 2009, Kamil has consistently delivered high-quality trance music, with “Blue Sky” showcasing the power of clean and simple trance production.
Polish Trance Producer/DJ Maywave (Uplifting & Progressive) was born on May 31, 1983, in Lodz.
The turning point came in 2009 when his first track, “Why You There,” was released on Aurora Digital. It was later played by Paul van Dyk on his broadcast VONYC Session, featuring a remix performed by David Cameron.
In 2011, his second track, “Feel Me,” was released on Alter Ego Records and featured on the compilation Progressive Sampler 01. This track gained significant exposure when it was played on Trance Around The World #390 by Above & Beyond.
His biggest success came in 2012 with the song “Harmony.” It was played twice on Armin van Buuren’s A State Of Trance #582 and #584, and supported by artists like Markus Schulz, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Ruben de Ronde, Ronski Speed, Gareth Emery, Lange, and many others. Another notable achievement was in 2013 when he won the competition organized by the Armada label, remixing “Christian Burns & Paul van Dyk - We Are Tonight.”
In 2016, his remix of Van Yorge’s “Nightfall” was selected as “Track Of The Month” by Kyau & Albert on Euphonic Sessions in November of that year.
After this, he began production at the legendary Kyau & Albert label, Euphonic Records.
He was supported by renowned artists such as Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Markus Schulz, Kyau & Albert, Rank 1, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Ronski Speed, Roger Shah, Ruben de Ronde, Gareth Emery, Lange, and many more.
Currently, he collaborates with labels like Euphonic Records, Alter Ego Records, Cloudland Music, and Midnight Coast.
