The Anjunadeep Explorations festival in Dhërmi, Albania, concluded another successful edition, delivering six vibrant days and nights filled with diverse musical performances from the Anjuna spectrum. The event showcased a variety of stages, each offering unique experiences.
At the Empire stage, audiences were captivated by sunrise trance classics presented by Marsh, dynamic grooves from Yotto, and a standout set from the legendary Sasha, featuring a rare performance of 'Xpander.' The lineup also included feel-good sets from Rezident, Nicky Elisabeth, CRi, and Romain Garcia, among others.
The Splendor stage emphasized extended sets, with artists such as Dusky, Dosem, Joseph Ray, Simon Doty, and James Grant providing immersive dancefloor journeys. Their performances were noted for their depth and ability to engage audiences throughout.
Other highlights included restorative Anjunachill sessions from Omfeel, PROFF, and Catching Flies, energetic garage sets by Jody Wisternoff and Daniel Curpen, and uplifting trance from Amy Wiles. A spontaneous dance-off erupted during Because Of Art’s Disco Set in The Tent, adding a lively surprise to the festivities. Additionally, numerous back-to-back (B2B) sets energized the pool parties and the iconic Gjipe stage.
For those who missed the festival, select set recordings are being uploaded to YouTube in the coming months. Early-bird tickets for the 2026 edition will be available from Thursday, 3 July, with sign-ups currently open.
Ezequiel Arias: A Rising Star in Argentinean DJing
Ezequiel Arias, a resident of Córdoba, Argentina, has established himself as a prominent figure in the country’s emerging DJ scene. Originating from Bariloche, nestled in the foothills of the Andes, Arias’s unique sound has garnered recognition from esteemed artists such as John Digweed and Guy J. However, his most significant endorsement comes from his compatriot Hernán Cattáneo.
Arias’s support for Cattáneo’s flagship shows throughout Argentina has earned him the moniker “El Sucesor.” His contributions have been instrumental in shaping Cattáneo’s reputation.
Arias’s upcoming releases include the EP “What Is Music,” which will be released at Anjunadeep in July, followed by the highly anticipated “ReAnimation EP.” Additionally, he has collaborated with Durante on an unreleased track titled “Dream Controller,” which is set to be released later this year.
