Music News: British Artist Charlie Boon Releases Highly Anticipated Track: ‘All My Life’ on Armada Music

Boon has dubbed the track a "euphoric banger"

Having already garnered the admiration of dance music enthusiasts on social media with teasers of the track, British artist Charlie Boon today unveiled his latest studio output: ‘All My Life’. A nod to the artistic vision showcased in his DJ sets, Boon has set the tone of what to anticipate from him in the booth this year.

Alongside its euphoric essence, the track incorporates an interpolation of instantly recognisable hook from Avicii’s 2013 hit 'You Make Me'.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the track, Boon expressed his admiration for Avicii's groundbreaking work and the profound impact it had on him as an artist: "Avicii was a true innovator whose music pushed boundaries and inspired millions of people around the world, including me as a teenager growing up above my Dad’s nightclub with tracks like ‘You Make Me’ on repeat. It’s an honour to be able to pay tribute to his legacy whilst showing listeners what my sound is all about.”

The track, which showcases a side of Boon’s love for up-tempo fast paced dance music, serves as a not only a love letter to days spent growing up living above his Dad’s nightclub in Cornwall in the UK listening to electronic dance music, but a reflection of what he is playing in his DJ sets in 2024. Having already graced stages at festivals such as Glastonbury and Boardmasters in the UK, Boon is one of the most in-demand talents to emerge from the UK dance music scene in recent years.

‘All My Life’ is available now via Armada Music.
