With so many snowy peaks as far as the eye can see, it may be hard to visualise festival stages right in the middle of them. But of course, thanks to the magic of Winter, that unlikely idea matches reality in Alpe d’Huez these days by no less than 100%. Let that sink in…
All stages can be reached by easier routes, such as ski-lifts, as well as by board or ski, so the attendees can go anywhere they like, even if yesterday's dancing still has their legs tired.

MAINSTAGE
The buzzing centrepiece of Alpe d’Huez village is of course Tomorrowland Winter’s magnificent, solar system-themed Mainstage. The world-class venue is by far the biggest stage in the Alps – it is no less than 50 metres wide and reaches a staggering 15 metres up into the sky. And we’re pleased to tell you that the stage is 100% weatherproof, as it is fully indoors. The awe-inspiring line-up includes Axwell, Kölsch, Amelie Lens and Lost Frequencies. The venue is also home to a luxurious VIP section.
Tuesday (The Gathering): 19h00 - 01h00
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 19h00 - 02h00
CAGE
Love dark, sweaty dancefloors? CAGE is your go-to club in the snowy French Alps. As unlikely a place for a club as this may be, it's all the more special that we get to enjoy it. Expect loud soundsystems, a mysteriously lowlit décor and DJs who know how to get you into that special raving trance, the essence of clubbing. Check out Thursday’s skilful DJs playing pounding beats at Techno CAGE including Nina Kraviz and ANNA. By Friday the CAGE will transform into the Bass CAGE with Netsky and his friends.
Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 19h00 - 00h00
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 20h00 - 02h00
YOUPHORIA
Exciting news for all sporty psychonauts: Tomorrowland’s famous psychedelic stage Youphoria has travelled all the way to the Alps for the very first time in 2023. That’s right, The People Of Tomorrow are witnessing a world premiere! The line-up for this mind-expanding stage is stellar and features a mixed bag of artists including Afterlife protégé Kevin de Vries and Belgian rave veteran Yves Deruyter. Be prepared to go hard on Wednesday with hardstyle and hardcore acts such as Hard Driver. Rave hours run from the early evening through to the early morning!
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 19h00 - 00h00
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 19h00 - 02h00
MOOSE BAR
This is the bar the most dedicated après-ski ravers remember from their wildest dreams. Or: from previous Tomorrowland editions. Here’s the deal: Southern German vibes looks-wise, lots of beer booze-wise and the best party minded electronic music sound-wise. Disclaimer: the music may come with a little silly twist here and there. Think house, hardstyle or EDM with odd sound effects like dancehall alarms as well as funny sonic weirdness that comes with a Tiroler twist.
Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 19h00 - 00h00
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 19h00 - 02h00
CRYSTAL GARDEN
With capacity for no less than 4000 ravers, Crystal Garden is the largest Tomorrowland Winter stage at the higher altitudes. This probably comes pretty close to what people envisioned when they got their tickets: this is raving with your sunglasses on, a mulled wine in your hand, overlooking the valleys of Alpe d’Huez and beyond. DJs snowboarding in the area and playing sunny party beats at the stage include Laidback Luke, R3HAB, Chico Rose, Ofenbach and Afrojack.
The Frozen Lotus symbolises the very early beginnings of spring. Nature and the seasons are part of an ongoing continuum; the fact that flowers survive even snow and frost proves that life is strong. Frozen Lotus is also a gastronomical hub in Alpe d’Huez where attendees can enjoy a refined lunch, then slowly recover from the food before the dance starts. The line-up for Frozen Lotus is equally tasty with Kölsch, Joris Voorn and Like Mike all set to perform.
Take a deep dive back into your dreams of the past few weeks. Did you visualise the world-famous temple-like upward-facing figure of CORE to also be in the Alps, now covered in snow? Your manifesting has clearly worked, because here we go: the spiritual CORE of Tomorrowland has travelled to the most pristine of all French mountains. Nina Kraviz, ANNA and Dino Lenny make CORE especially exciting for techno lovers.
There’s nothing like the world’s highest stage at a staggering 3300 metres above sea level; it’s a spectacular place that has no equal in the Alps and it is – hint – probably the best place to propose to your partner if you have any plans in that direction. It’s a bit of a road trip to get to the Top of the Mountain, but the frosty rave the People of Tomorrow will encounter once they’ve arrived is absolutely unique.
