Best of 2018 Interview with DJ & producer Exolight

Cristian Moga, as called by Enhanced: "The Romanian uplifting wizard", commonly known as Exolight, is a trance music producer from Romania.

His productions on FSOE Fables, Always Alive and Pure Trance have gained him support from the world's elite artists and regularly feature on playlists such as Armin van Buuren's "A State of Trance", Aly & Fila's "Future Sound of Egypt", Paul van Dyk's VONYC Sessions, Solarstone's "Pure Trance Radio", Alex M.O.R.P.H's "United Nation", and many other radio shows.

Dimitris: Can you mention your biggest music career achievements in 2018?

Exolight: Playing at Luminosity Beach Festival this year was definitely my biggest achievement. It has been an incredible experience and i want to thank everyone for the amazing support and also massive thanks to Bo van Eck for inviting me to play.

Dimitris: Can you rate 2018 for you as a year with 1 being very bad until 10 that is perfect year!

Exolight: 10 perfect year, 2018 was incredible! Luminosity gig, collaboration with Daniel Kandi, remix for Kyau & Albert and winner of ASOT Future Favorite are just a few great achievements from 2018!

1) Best 3 Tracks from other artists in 2018, please give us a short comment for each track:

Exolight:

1. Simon O'Shine - Guadalajara - This is the track of the year for me. Brilliant melody here by Simon.

2. Aly & Fila - Sunrise at Cala Bassa (Ferry Tayle Remix) - Incredible remix by Ferry Tayle. One of the best in 2018, in my opinion.

3. Aurosonic & Ana Criado - Ask Me Anything - Perfect combo here. I am a huuuge fan of Ana Criado.

2) Your 3 Best of 2018 personal productions, give us more background info about them(please provide the listening link for our readers):

Exolight: Exolight - Without You -> My first release of 2018 I think. Probably one of my best productions this year.

Exolight & Suncatcher - Footprints On The Moon -> An old and very sad idea of mine. If you ever wonder how suffering and sad feelings sound, take a listen of this track haha.

Exolight & Suncatcher - Siren Song - Another great collaboration with my Buddy Suncatcher. Expect lots of new stuff from us next year!

3) Best Artist in 2018(DJ & producer) please explain why you pick him/her up:

Exolight: Giuseppe Ottaviani - This guys is simply amazing!

4) Best Remix in 2018, please explain why you liked it so much:

Exolight: Aly & Fila - Sunrise at Cala Bassa (Ferry Tayle Remix) - This track takes me to another dimension. The melody is simply amazing.

Exolight: Driftmoon - Invictus - Great album story and beautiful tracks.

Exolight: Ana Criado - I'm simply in love with her voice.

Dimitris: Can you mention briefly your plans for your future releases, tracks, albums, collaborations, DJ gigs for 2019!

Exolight: One more release this year, on Always Alive Recordings and a loooot of new tracks will also come next year, both solos and collaborations. And in terms of gigs, i'm already booked for 3 parties next year, including a big festival where i always wanted to play! More details soon!
