REVIEW: Picture: Karmon out on Diynamic Music

Karmon is presenting the second edition of Diynamic Music’s “Picture:“ series, an eclectic mix of mystic Deep House cuts.

Diynamic Music’s „Picture:“ series is a document in time, showcasing an artist’s current creative output in order to allow the listener to visualise and understand the artist at a certain moment. It is not an album format, but far more than merely an EP. “Picture:” is various dancefloor-oriented facettes of one producer, shaping the imagery that ultimately results in the listeners mind.

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Diynamic Music is definitely one of the biggest forces in deep melodic house with releases and stages on the biggest festivals worldwide. The latest release Picture by Karmon includes 6 superb tracks that will give us a good understanding of the current output of this very creative artist. Eleventh Hour is slow warm up track while Acido is darker upfront and punchy with wobbly synths and acid overtones on top of the thumping bass. Endless is more emotional and touching giving you the illusion that nothing will stop and music will carry on forever. Holding Pattern has more laidback groove and smooth bassline with aggressive synthy themes in the breakdown leading to the more spacey final sequence. Major Minor is relaxing with nice bubbly groove and driving deep haunting bassline. Finally Brutus Jam has tripping out synthy lines and solid bouncy grooves that demand attention. #PureGold Love It [/content]
