REVIEW: Reeloop - Fucking Society(Coming Soon remix) out on Grotesque Reworked

1. Fucking Society – Coming Soon!!! Rmx

When the Israelian legends Coming Soon!!! decide to take over a classic trance tune and rework it, the Wow effect is kinda assured.

We all remember the original melody and the lyrics that surely got stuck in our heads for long years, and now coming Soon took it to the nth degree with an infectious bass that will throw dance floors into a frenzy for an enormous amount of fun and uplifting energy.

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]I'm proud owner of the original on vinyl and now the classic is back to bring more energy that you can usually take packed with aggressive basslines, bouncy drums and dark synthy hooks. Coming Soon transform the superb original that sounds super fresh today into a modern psy tech trancer with sharp basslines, pumping drums, guitar riffs, playful sound effects, acid overtones and dark synths. The result is effective enough to make the crowd feel rebellious against the social system and start jumping with intensity. Personally I found it weaker than the original as I believe that it doesn't offer better alternative. Of course the dystopian atmosphere of the original is present here and for that reason stays true to the intentions of the original without doing the version that can stand out the test of time. Check it out! [/content]
