PTP015. Taken from Disc 1 of Pure Trance Vol. 5 mixed by Forerunners. Phil Martyn aka Philthy Chit has been building a name as a go-to producer when it comes to progressive of the highest order. This is another example of why he has earned so many accolades from clued-up Djs who spin the finest quality prog trance and prog house; his ability to fuse tight, luxuriant grooves with mesmerising melodic touches cannot be overstated.

Phil Martyn - Phosphorous10

Summary

Phil Martyn is well known for his fantastic releases on many labels mainly Perfecto Black that he had the role as an A&R. Now on Pure Trance Progressive offers the deep haunting moody cut Phosphorous. The track is a straight forward melodic progressive trancer with house elements. Superb bouncy basslines, techy tribalish energetic drums, emotional synths along with dark distorted industrial sounds that create the haunting and very delicate sonic atmosphere. Its the type of track that will create the perfect mood to melt the ice between strangers on the dancefloor and prepare them for the big bangers in the second part. #PureGold Love IT
