REVIEW: Andy Moor - Resurrection (The Remixes) out on AVA recordings

1. Indecent Noise Remix
2. Somna Remix
3.  Mike Saint-Jules Interstellar Mix

An Andy Moor single is rarely left without fantastic remixes and Part 1 brings Somna and Mike Saint-Jules along for the ride. Somna's remix imparts the unique qualities found within his productions, the electrified basslines and stabs dancing about with carefully edited snips of the original before building into a new lead melody for a big club feel. Energy levels at 10, Somna's remix is the perfect club destroyer. On the flipside, the ever talented Mike Saint-Jules brings his much sought after "Interstellar Mix" flavor with a dreamy yet speaker blasting remix. Mike takes the melody and pushes and pulls with chords to create a question & answer style remix. A different and welcoming remix that perfectly completes the Part 1 package! Closing out the full "Resurrection" release, we welcome Mental Asylum head honcho Indecent Noise to AVA with a blinding remix of Andy Moor's latest single. Expectations shattered, Mr. Noise flips the script into something decidedly darker and aggressive. Thunderous rhythms and acids pave the way in great fashion before hitting hard with an unexpected main lead that's going to rip club's a new one! If you're a fan of the harder and darker side of trance, then this one's for you!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Andy Moor's Resurrection  is considered one of the biggest trance anthems for the first month of 2016. The remix package is extensive and covers wide variety of tastes. First of all is the explosive Indecent Noise remix that will drive the trancers nuts so get ready for an unreal experience. Tough pounding techy drums, vicious kicks and energetic bassline that push your adrenaline level to the top. The synthy riffs are added on top along with the cool vocal snippets. The breakdown is melodic and colourful with magnificent atmosphere that relax you and uplift your spirit. The top notch rave style synthy hook appears out of nowhere and leads the track to the full on rave and trance experience of your lifetime. It's simple fact that Indecent Noise always delivers explosive remixes and this hybrid of substyles is monster size for sure. Somna is on board and his version is quality as you expect from this Canadian star. Powerful bouncy in your face electro touched bassline, pounding bouncy techy drums, emotional strings, euphoric synths along with great airy pads and feel good synthy hooks. The breakdown is  pure bliss with stretched down vocals and colourful themes that calm your senses until the huge aggressive rave style synthy comes to elevate you right to the next level for a crescendo moment that will go down like a treat. For me though the real deal on this top package of remixes is Mike-Saint Jules remix which is brilliant and is what I term as super spacey ravey feel good melodic big room trance version that reflects the qualities of the original. Packed with intense drive, rolling drums and most importantly soaked with electronic melodies while the breakdown is cinematic and travelling with breakbeat sequence underneath and great application of all the melodies, vocals and harmonies. The climax  is full on and euphoric as worldwide trancers demand to be so Mike does it once again! 10/10 #PureGold Love IT
