REVIEW: Alexandre Bergheau & Geert Huinink - Desert Wings out on Future Sound Of Egypt Excelsior

Alexandre Bergheau and Geert Huinink are proving to be a dynamite combination, uniting once more in ‘Desert Wings’.

Taking the trance sound to soaring new heights, this song is an injection of pure madness into today’s scene.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The exceptional upcoming new French trance talent  Alexandre Bergheau comes on FSOE Excelsior and he collaborates with the outstanding composer Geert Huinink who is mostly well known for his collaboration with Tiesto in his most seminal tracks. The track is called Desert Wings and you can easily identify it as big room / progressive trancer that combines heavy aggressive pumping basslines, excellent percussion and heavy drum programming while on top various classical music influenced themes are added to bring any trancer on the state of trance. They employ various emotional synthy melodies, cinematic strings and hair raising exotic vocal samples along with traditional instruments like flutes and ethnic themes associated with Middle East that brings in your mind Egypt for instance. The main synthy lead moves on the mainstage Armin van Buuren style that is quite warped and distorted in order to become more memorable for the listener. The climax of Desert Wings is stunning with magnificent rich texture of euphoric synths, cinematic strings and magnificent ethnic vocal samples and melodies. Its one of those tracks that you can easily listen on repeat mode for hours without getting bored and also feel very  inspired and uplifted.  #PureGold Love It
