1. Adam Ellis Remix
2. Sean Murphy Remix
Wrapping up Betsie Larkin and Andy Moor’s release are two fantastic remixes from Adam Ellis and Sean Murphy. Consistently topping the charts, UK based DJ & Producer Adam Ellis has been on form lately and he brings a solid uplifting version of “Not Afraid” to the table. Subtle acids, gorgeous plucks, rolling basses and a massive main hook culminate into a fine example of what uplifting trance is all about. Fans of the 138 genre will not be disappointed! On the flipside, Irish talent Sean Murphy completes the lineup with a big progressive trance remix filled with hard hitting grooves and melodies. Combining tantalizing vocal chops alongside a re-written main lead, Sean proves that his future is very bright with this solid remix. A must have for any main room set.
Dimitri Kechagias review: After the first part of the classy remixes on the latest collaboration between Betsie Larkin & Andy Moor for the vocal trance classic Not Afraid, AVA recordings just before Christmas service the second part of remixes to die for. First of all is Adam Ellis from Sheffield who has the talent to turn anything he touches into an uplifting hands in the air euphoric trancer. Tough punchy driving basslines, metallic kicks, acid layers and pounding grooves while on top some chopped vocals are adding the tone. The main full vocal appears while some Ibiza style melodies are added underneath until to reach the exceptional breakdown. Betsie Larkin magnificently works her away around the magical soundscape with sensitive pianos, warm strings and airy pads while variety of synthy plucks building the excitement. The massive classic uplifting synthy line drops and we are flying to the highest plane of human existence waiting Adam with classic drum roll to bring back the tough beats for the usual tour de trance uplifting climax that he knows so tastefully to deliver with so much talent and integrity. Sean Murphy goes towards the totally different direction and he turns the original into a mainstage aggressive euphoric colourful trancer that main focus point is the groove, the sharp hard knocking dark bassline, and on top the stunning Betsie Larkin. The breakdown starts with some kick like a mule sequence and then the warm melodies and variety of fluorescent synthy plucks are revealed along with the vocals leading the track to the massive climax with the electro style synthy hook that sounds large and ready to attack the dancefloor! If you like bang bang and great vocals don't go any further. #PureGold Love iT
