Test the latest gear from leading brands, talk to your musical heroes and grab a coffee and a magazine while you're at it.
The Flemish cultural centre and theatre De Brakke Grond will be the dedicated area for music lovers, tech freaks and DJs/producers as it acts as the new heart for ADE Playground.
As part of ADE Playground Gear, from Thursday through to Saturday, established tech firms Native Instruments, Pioneer DJ, Novation, Amptec Playground, (Bitwig, Izotope, Livid, Moog, RME), ears4U and Splice will be on hand exhibiting their latest gear while product experts and leading performers will be there to provide masterclasses, running users through their new gear. Additional Gear components will run at the Compagnietheater, which is situated in walking distance from De Brakke Grond.
On top of all that De Brakke Grond will also be the hub for this year’s MusicTalks, featuring legendary Hollywood filmscore composer Hans Zimmer (DE), DJ, million record selling singer and designer Boy George (GB), DJ duo Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano (NL), multi-platinum producer and composer Junkie XL (NL), technical and musical expert Sander van Doorn (NL), DJ and Protocol Recordings label boss Nicky Romero (NL) and DJ, producer and driving force behind CLR Chris Liebing (DE). De Brakke Grond is located at the very heart of Amsterdam, just 10 minutes away from Amsterdam Central Station. The venue comes equipped with display halls and theatres, fit for the many presentations and exhibits that are to take place throughout ADE.

ADE Card advantage
ADE Playground is open to the public, while ADE card holders can gain access to exclusive talks and get discounts on a select range of gear. As an ADE Card holder you can get discounts of specific lines, in addition to having the opportunity to get your hands on give-aways and free drinks. ADE Cards are able to purchase here.
