Dimitri Kechagias review: Sometimes you wonder what exactly is going on at the Monster Tunes HQ and they are always in such euphoric state. You just wish to be somewhere there and watching all day the office stuff partying and dancing around. Because if you are not trance lover yourself, you can not discover so amazing talents like for instance the brilliant Duncan Newell. His track On The Rocks is landing on Monster Force and deserves praise, recognition, support and big success as well. Super solid euphoric trancer with techy chunky old school trance groove combined with driving powerful bassline and of course hints of the euphoric full on hands in the air synthy stabs to keep us excited and increase the tension about all the goodies coming in his magnificent breakdown. He decides to go for the long breakdown with cinematic atmosphere, orchestral music strings, magical choir vocals and variety of colourful synthy plucks. Great moment is when his synthy line is appearing and disappearing in the breakdown that always works on the trancefloor. When the main synthy hook appears will blow your soundsystem and will uplift you straight away so better fasten your seat belt and enjoy the energetic ride that comes when the beat strikes back with classic drum rolls. The climax is clean, clear, pure and euphoric as we loved it to be with massive uplifting synths, choir vocals and the stunning complexity we all appreciate in trance compositions. On The Rocks is highly mature production that you don't expect to get from a newcomer but as it seems he is born this way and everything comes natural to him. #PureGold Love it
