REVIEW: Ari Kyle & Audioscape ft. Simon Latham - Never Far out on Magic Island / Black Hole rec

US talent Ari Kyle is heavily on fire lately. After giving his Magic Island debut earlier this year on "Rule", he was invited to perform during the EDC Las Vegas festival. On his new single "Never Far" he has teamed up with Audioscape and Island's popular singer Simon Latham. Working from opposite sides of the Atlantic Ocean, the three guys managed to deliver a highest quality vocal masterpiece. Having massive bass-lines and clubby elements on the one hand, but very emotional vocals with a catchy hook-line on the other and all that paired with a throw-your-hands-in-the-air melody, the track is a great match for both Progressive House but Trance lovers at the same time. So not a big surprise that it was selected by Richard Durand and Lange for the highly esteemed In Search of Sunrise 12 compilation.

The remix package includes an energetic mix by German Rocking J who recently had massive support by Armin Van Buuren, Markus Schulz, Above & Beyond or Ferry Corsten to name but a few. Mitka's Remix is an edge more atmospheric without losing the spirit of the tunes essence whilst Koka delivers a darker EDM influenced mix which techy basslines which might be the best match for all the global summer festivals.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Magic Island delivers stunning tracks so far and one of them should be the latest collaboration between Ari Kyle & Audioscape. The top duo deliver their very powerful sound that contains epic prog house and balearic trance elements supported perfectly from Simon Latham who has fantastic indie rock voice and his stunning performance really stands out from the crowd and adds to the final outcome. Tough bouncy kicks, hard pumping basslines and euphoric epic synths combined in perfection to travel the listener on a spiritual groovy journey of stunning finesse and calibre. Particularly the breakdown is truly touching and very emotional with sunkissed melodies followed by the full on euphoric climax that works in mainstage sets and big room trance clubs.  Rocking J is on remix duties and his version is another stunning example of high class melodic progressive trance with tribal chunky groove, energetic driving basslines and hints of the main melody that will appear in full length in his massive climax. The breakdown is focused around the beautiful piano chords and the cinematic dreamy strings while the main euphoric synthy lead makes its big appearance and lead the proceedings to the massive hands in the air climax that is big room trance at its very best. Superbly condensed and highly concentrated version that will do big damage without doubts. Mitka remix is an excellent melodic progressive trance version that is focused around the various melodic layers that nicely are merged together with the excellent vocals in order to create that stunning magic soundscape that is relaxing, tripping, hypnotic and very danceable and intense at the same moment.  If you search for the pure trance sound this remix has exactly that feeling to it. Koka remix on the other hand is the full on hands in the air energetic power smashing version that mainstage djs will adore to play with heavy aggressive basslines, white noise effects, tough punchy groove and fantastic melodic breakdown with piano and euphoric synths that highlight the emotional impact of Simon's vocals. For those chill out moments the package includes the alternative remix that has that alternative balearic ambient relaxing soothing tripping out atmosphere. Of course the radio edit is included as well for daytime radio shows and only specialised dance ones. #PureGold Love iT
