Thei brand new release by Vintage & Morelli who present their alter ego Tandem is called Distant Promises and is one of the most colourful deep house tracks that you will listen lately. They create their very own distinctive sound that seems to draw influences from Anjunadeep artists like Matt Lange & Andrew Bayer. It's very atmospheric and spacey so definitely is very hard to label it as deep house as it sounds very deep progressive house or even trance as well. The groove is tribal and techy and quite difficult to mix in your dj set as well as it sounds very leftfield and experimental. The deep throbbing bassline along with the various synths and emotional strings build the out of this world experience. On top they add some very nice ethnic vocals to give it spiritual dimension as well. It's inspiring music that you can dance along and relax at the same time as you carried away from the refreshing sound waves. Of course the trancy piano melody is definitely one of the elements that elevate the track to the next level and deliver that hypnotic dreamy atmosphere that will take over your full senses and help you loose yourself in music.
