REVIEW: Tritonal & Paris Blohm ft. Sterling Fox - Colors (The Remixes) out on Protocol Recordings

This former Beatport hit "Colors" gets the remix pack it deserves!

John Dahlback combines his swedish big-room synths with their electrifying sounds, whilst K-Klass combine the old-school house sounds into a deeper mix. Alan Morris lives up to his big electro sounds only to be finished off by the pounding noise of Dutch Atmozfears for a benchmark hardstyle remix.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The Texas based duo Tritonal are about to enter even the UK Top 40  chart soon with their collaboration with Paris Blohm and on vocals the magnificent Sterling Fox. Colors is shaped to become one of their biggest hit ever on Nicky Romero's brilliant label Protocol recordings. After the exceptional original club mix is time to get some taste of the remixes that are already out. Four very different and very unique translations that will expand even wider the audience of this magnificent anthem. First of all is the Swedish house star John Dahlback who transforms the original into his very energetic peak time mainstage style that starts quite minimal and allows the vocal to shine. The huge synthy lead and the manic build up takes us all the way to the full on typical Swedish House style climax that is euphoric, feel good, playful and powerful to the maximum. There will be not even one summer festival without this tune in their playlist.  Alan Morris deliver his pumping progressive meets electro house version with tougher smashing kicks, harder in your face basslines and USA style synths. The breakdown pure bliss with emotional piano chords followed by the cracking drop that blows your mind. Strangely the best remix on the package comes from the British K-Klass who transform the track from an uplifting house banger into a deep haunting warm and tender version that is absolutely mindblowing. Deep haunting funky basslines, chunky techy grooves, melodic dreamy synths, classic house organ riffs and of course the outstanding vocals that sound so much in place without the need to pitched them up or down. One of the coolest K-Klass excursions that will mesmerise Ibiza terraces this summer without doubts. For the hard dance community Atmozfears deliver their banging, booming, exploding, harddance version that is so powerful and extremely dangerous for the weak hearted so better don't allow your grandparents to play it in their nursing home. It's interesting that despite the150 BPM fat kicks and deadly basslines the vocal sounds at home and perfect for the next harddance party.  Excellent remixes and lets hope to see Tritonal at the number 1 of the UK Top 40. #PureGold Love iT
