REVIEW: Nicholas Bennison - God's Acre out on JOOF

Our old friend Nicholas Bennison returns with this very original track. His strength has always been his originality coming up with new fresh ideas, forging his own unique sound. Very inspirational. This is one very serious slab of high quality music, that's complimented with one of the best progressive Trance producers on this planet, Subtara taking remix duties.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The top psy trance imprint JOOF headed by John 00 Fleming presents the awesome new production of the USA based dj & producer Nicholas Bennison. His track is called God's Acre and is definitely something very special. Don't expect the usual psy trance kick and driving bassline sound. The track adopts its own sound with tougher bouncy kicks, punchy basslines, rocking synthy leads and  marching style rhythm to dance like fighter. Actually sounds like we wait someone to attack on something. It has the cinematic melodramatic moody mysterious edge so  could be easily included on  the next Spiderman or Batman movie. Particularly the climax is thunderous and earthshaking,  so let the battle of titans begin! Subtara remix moves on the progressive psy trance direction with groovy bouncy kick, deep haunting driving basslines while on top he applies the cinematic strings and electric guitars riffs to raise the tension and build anticipation. Superb version for the deeper earlier moments of your progressive trance set. Love iT
