REVIEW: Damien S Vs. Under - The Cars Below incl remixes out on Above All records

Damien S and Under teamed up for this great Progressive Trance track.

DJ and producer Damien S from the Netherlands surprises with his typical floating, warm and energetic blend of vocal Trance and Progressive tracks in his DJ-sets earning him already 5 top 10 hits in the UK Music Week Club Charts. For this release American band "Under" provided the vocals.

"Under" have been featured on ABC's 'Ugly Betty' and the CBS/ Sci-Fi show 'Moonlight'. Their music has been described as 'pop noir' - vague, often melancholic lyrics, agreeably catchy melodies, warm sounds with a hint of something darker hidden in Jen Triano's distinctive, almost innocent vocal delivery.

For this release York, Alex Shore, Millaway and Tom Noize have added their own sounds which makes this a wide-ranged package from Progressive House to Trance!

Dimitri Kechagias review:  The top trance record label from Rotterdam Above All records presents one of the coolest releases so far and ready to bring the summer in your living room. Damien S co-operates with Under for the very beautiful progressive vocal trancer The Cars Below. Brilliant deep meaningful lyrics, fantastic performance from their singer and the result is a blissful melodic progressive trancer with housey grooves, deep basslines and beautiful mesmerising luscious melodies. The package is extensive with wide variety of quality remixes to choose from. The Club mix stays on the same progressive trance meets house style with slightly tougher kicks and more punchy basslines. York delivers two remixes that both will stand out without doubts. The York Mix is a driving melodic progressive trancer with electro kissed basslines, chunky pumping groove and of course beautiful melodies that support the fantastic vocals. The York Guitar edit is a really sweet melodic progressive trance affair with summery guitar riffs and balearic atmosphere that will relax you and make you dance as well with its great rhythm. Millaway remix is fantastic version with lighter kicks, deep basslines and slightly pop touch to it! Great build up and euphoric climax with melancholic epic synths and dreamy mesmerising vocals. If you search for the upfront version don't miss the opportunity to play the more bouncy, kicking and punchy Tom Noize big room trance version. Last but not least Alex Shore proves his big talent with his proglifting trance version with sharp edgy basslines, pulsating kicks, beautiful piano melodies and massive euphoric uplifting synths to elevate your mind, body and soul! It's destined to become one of the hottest summer vocal trance anthems! #PureGold Love It
