The five-times Grammy winner Lady Gaga is back after her " Do What U Want Remixes " EP and her latest hit album " artpop " as a noble vinyl version ,now it shortens the waiting time for the "Artrave : The Artpop Ball " concerts in October with the next single: " GUY " - an intelligent, playing with gender conventions dance track , which is produced by ZEDD, the high-flying producer from Kaiserslautern, who won already a Grammy. Lady Gaga mentioned his name in the ecstatic finale of the new single.
The sensational video for " GUY " appeared at the end of March to celebrate her 28th birthday , shot in February at the legendary " Hearst Castle" in northern California , the holiday home of the former U.S. media mogul William R. Hearst . It is the first film production since Stanley Kubrick produced there the 1950's "Spartacus": Sponsored by various actresses from the U.S. series "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills " and Andy Cohen of " Watch What Happens Live" , the fans expect any of sexy scenes in and around the " Neptune Pool " . Of course as always the focus point are the great lyrics and her performance that has that theatrical playful witty style that sounds incredible and transfer the listener to her own Lady Gaga world. The remixes that support the single are great for wide variety of sets. Rami Amir Safuni provides the deep tech house version that is really retro romantic and sweet with old school piano chords, heavy deep bass and chunky wonky groove that makes you wanna dance with somebody instantly. Wayne G Throwback remix sounds perfect and ready for Ibiza. It's a very playful 90's sounding Ibiza house version with pumping beats, addictive groove and nice organ style melody. If you look for a version that will bring on the dancefloor everybody and takes advantage of the full vocal don't miss this big banger. KDREW remix is the more upfront and dynamic that you can find on that package. Tough punchy basslines, aggressive electro infused basslines, heavy dubstep elements and in the breakdown the track goes more melodic and summery before to let it all out and go crazy and full on.
