Monada are Arthur Kulyukin & Artem Pantleev from the Ukraine who’s previous release ‘Turbulence’ was released last year on A State Of Trance records. ‘Teleport’ in its Original Mix is a dark, powerful and beautifully melodic slice of trance. The magic happens at the break where the simple but effective lead arpeggio and pad elements explode to the front of the mix encapsulating what we all love about pure trance music. On remix duties is Jack Høye aka Dreamy – fresh from his mind-blowing remix of ‘Emerge’ by Franz he pulls no punches here, initially adding some gated vocal snatches before delivering a peak time monster of a remix complete with razor sharp synth stabs and some gorgeous piano sprinkles. Glorious.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Touchstone recordings is the beloved label headed by Solarstone well known for his crusade to elevate the popularity of Pure Trance sound. The latest release coming from Monada follows the same philosophy and will certainly win the hearts of those who search for emotional melodies, strong atmosphere, danceable rhythm and strong intense drive to keep any dancefloor on fire. The original mix of Teleport is a driving progressive trancer with unique tribalish techy beats and deep but energetic basslines while on top ethereal voices run throughout along with the colourful mesmerising electronica style synthy melodies. The breakdown is exceptional with the magical synths and the beautiful dreamy voices coming together to hypnotize your senses and prepare your body and soul for the initial take off. When the beat strikes back will be carried away on a mystical journey as will be transfered straight away to another dimension. Just closed eyes and our imagination running wild fuelled by the nice composition that stands out straight away. Dreamy well known for super solid productions delivers the goods once again as he pushed the original to the peak time moment of your dj set. Powerful banging mechanical beats, driving agressive punchy basslines, beautiful gated female voices on top and hi-nrg melodies to lead us nicely in the mouthwatering breakdown. Melancholic piano chords, euphoric synths, luscius melodies and build up towards the climax that keep us on the edge of our seat waiting for the beat to drop. Incredible final part that is straight to the point, floating, sensitive, emotional and very dynamic of course. Its hard not to start jumping and dancing with hands in the air when this will be played out! This Is What I Call Trance, Love iT
