Carlo Lio is opening Intec Digital year with the first annual release!
There's not much to say, except that we at Intec are really happy and proud to welcome Carlo back to this year roster of heavy releases.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Can you think a better record label for pure underground pounding techno releases than Intec Digital? The massive record label presents the brand new EP by Carlo Lio and you guessed it right that we deal here with 2 magnificent productions that you must play loud and proud in a massive soundsystem to enjoy them in their full capacity. My Favourite Mistake is a fast and furius hypnotic tribal techno affair that is dark, mysterious and very surprising as well. The groove is quite complex and not easily recognisable on how he manage the beats and the basslines to sound so organic and super crunchy. The distorted male vocals on top add that darker side to keep the atmosphere underground and threatening. Its the kind of track that makes you simply wanna dance with somebody or preferably alone with closed eyes. The 2nd track is called Love Nation and is absolutely mouthwatering. The production is solid with breaks like tribal grooves and deep haunting basslines while on top is added the very soulful house diva like vocals that the crowd will sing a long for sure. Hypnotic, dreamy and trip out to the maximum this is futuristic techno at its best with detroit influences. Recommended! Love iT
