Robert Vadney is no stranger to Perfecto Records. He has been a long featured artist with the label since back in 2008 with releases like Sledgehammer, The Halloween EP, Pop Star, a collaboration with Paul Oakenfold and dozens of remixes.
The Ruin / Wasteland EP is Roberts first outing on the Fluoro imprint and what an impact it is! Showing Robert’s versatility as a producer, this release is a break from his usual trance style as he moves more towards a more acidic, Goa influenced sound, hard hitting and literally monstrous sounding on a large system.
While Ruin is heads down, dirty, driving goodness, Wasteland has a more energetic groove with a eastern flare in its vocals and guitar lick.

His latest EP includes two must play bangers with first one Ruin that is a powerful energetic hard trancer with heavy big room infusions. The stand out element of that dirty and grungy rockish smasher is the epic synthy lead that appears to uplift the crowd and push them to their limits. Dark, mysterious, unresting, rebellious, uncompromising and monstrous production that bangs rough and punch you in your face without delays. Second track is called Wasteland and its really another futuristic trance production that moves within the psy trance dogma but deviates quite a lot as it is suitable for big room or even acid trance sets. Tough basslines, razorblades like basslines and in the breakdown the very memorable ethnic infused guitar riff that will raise the hair from your back. The track becomes really epic, euphoric and powerful offering to the listener the energy that begs to get from a such an epic production. Unique production with cinematic atmosphere that inspire you to imagine your own worlds while you dance a long with it.
