REVIEW: Erick Strong & Malyar & Gemma Pavlovic - Anything out on Adrian & Raz recordings

Russian producer Erick Strong is on the rise. Supported by the big djs like Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz and Sander van Doorn, he has repeatedly been in the trance beatport top 5. Being strong in demand he’s done remixes for the likes of W&W, Ben Gold and Cosmic Gate.

Erick teams up with up and coming fellow Russian producer, Malyar, to bring us this new slice of progressive trance.

Featuring the gorgeous, warm vocals of Australian singer now London based, Gemma Pavlovic, ‘Anything’ follows up on her success with Dart Rayne & Yura Moonlights 'Agree to Disagree' and the smash hit ‘Masquerade’ with none other then Beat Service.

Early support from Markus Schulz on GDJB!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Whenever it happens to think of a strong vocal trance track to play on my radio shows always my mind goes first to Adrian & Raz recordings. The two gifted label owners manage to build their small empire of trance in the Netherlands and there is no slowing down soon. The brand new vocal anthem is called Anything and is produced by Erick Strong & Malyar with the awesome singer Gemma Pavlovic on vocal duties. The original mix is a warm deep proglifting trancer with chunky groovy beats, heavy kicks, deep and driving basslines and warm blissful melodies on top. Gemma's voice manage to stand out and add her own exquisite value on this must have vocal trancer. Its an anthem that carries your heart to faraway places and move us to secret spaces and places. The well known IRA delivers her own take on the track that moves on the proglifting electro trance direction with stand out element except Gemma's voice the euphoric rave style distorted synthy lead perfect for those big room club moments. Lastly Audiko remix carries on the same melodic neo trance pathway with tribal techy beats, electro kissed playful basslines and dark and sinister synthy lead that comes in the surface at the climax that will blow some roofs for sure. The package includes dub versions for the non vocal followers but personally I can not imagine this anthem even for a second without Gemma's voice. This is What I Call Vocal Trance, Love IT
