You can always guarantee another awe inspiring release is on the horizon when the name Rikkaz is uttered. And that is no exception for the next release on Interstate as he drops 'Fire 'n Ice'.
A deep, dark bass line sets us up with techy percussion and a plucky melody, teasing us and not showing its full hand just yet. The break is a lush cocktail of simple, yet crowd pleasing chords and ambients. At the drop, it's a huge rush of tech driven euphoria with its raw acid leads, plucky melody and dry, crisp percussion.
Rikkaz is back with a bang!
Dimitri Kechagias review: Intestate recordings is very versatile record label part of Infrasonic recordings that always deliver the techy goods. The latest one comes from Rikkaz who seems to be on fire with latest release on Ferry Corsten's Levare recordings. Fire N Ice is big room tech trance at its very best with chunky crunchy beats, grungy electro inspired basslines and big room euphoric synths in the superb breakdown that will excite the clubbers and make them start jumping and pumping for sure. The climax is rough and raw with heavily distorted synthy lead and really bouncy tribal drums that will keep you dancing without even stopping to take a short breathe. I can imagine trance and big room house jocks dropping it and getting the same applause from their crowd. Futuristic and really Delicious. Love iT
